Challenge & Adventure News
Challenge & Adventure have had an amazing year! From the Duck Race to The Old Grammar School Fayre.
This year we have had a huge number of fundraisers for our charity, here are just some of the events: the Duck Race, our old shop’s Jumble Sale, Bloodstone’s Shindig9, Hullabaloo, Isle of Wight Dog Festival, Bloodstone Border Morris Rally, Shorwell Midsummer Fair, Golf the Wight, Dash & Splash, Godshill Village Fete, Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, Island Highland Gathering, Pier to Pier, Dog Days, Eklectica, Sweetcorn Fayre, Day at the Bay, Huge Challenging Quiz, Medina Tattoo and finally The Old Grammar School Fayre. Thank you to all those who have supported us through these and other events this year as well as those taking part in our Challenge 25 (Challenging 25 people to raise £100). We have lots planned for 2019 and we’ll send more details out in January.
Last month the Medina Tattoo was another great success with an incredible selection of entertainment and was enjoyed by all those who attended. We also had the first Old Grammar School Fayre last month. Thank you to all those who came along despite the weather and helped raise funds for our young people.
Another easy way to support us is through Easyfundraising, which raises funds for our young people through your online shopping. It’s free and once you are signed in you can shop as normal through the Easyfundraising website with 3,000+ retailers to choose from and once you have finished your shop, they give us a donation. Thank you for your support during 2018, Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year!
