Challenge & Adventure News
Challenge & Adventure’s first Newsletter! We are hoping to keep you updated once a month with what’s been happening. During October we were invited to Day at the Bay which was great fun. We also organised a Huge Challenging Quiz which raised an amazing amount for our charity. Well done to the Winners: Just visiting the Cathedral. The quiz went down so well we are thinking of holding 2 next year; one in early March and the other in November.
This month we have the Medina Tattoo (4th Nov) with a wide range of entertainment from Pipe Bands to the Wight Hot Pipes and Highland Dancing to Morris Dancing all happening throughout the afternoon– get your tickets here: http://www.medinatheatre.co.uk/article/medina-tattoo
We are also holding our Christmas Fayre on the 24th Nov, at the Old Grammar School. We will have lots of stalls, games, live entertainment & more. It’s Free Entry so why not come along & warm yourselves up.
Challenge & Adventure works with disadvantaged and challenging young Island people, using adventurous outdoor activities and tailored support to build their confidence, raise their self-esteem and help them re-engage at school, at home and in the community.
Thank you for your support, whether it’s been volunteering, taking part in our events or donating. You’re all amazing!
